At Performers Minds we educate, coach and guide performers through mindset blocks so that they have the tools to reach their full potential and to use their voice with freedom. We guide people to understand why they are human and how a change in mindset can unleash voice freedom. We coach the whole person so that their voice is technically, physically and mentally free to reach its FULL POTENTIAL.The emphasis is awareness of your own mental wellbeing using mindfulness, CBT and NLP techniques to challenge habits that are no longer serving you.
